AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006-07
Indoor: Opened the season with four top-five finishes, placing third in the 500 meters (1:18.61), fourth in both the 400 (59.97) and 4x400-meter relay (4:07.32), and fifth in the 55-meter hurdles (8.76)... The next weekend, finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.40) at the Harvard Invitational... During the Terrier Invitational, finished sixth in the 55-meter hurdles (8.78) and fifth in the same event the next weekend with a time of 8.80... Also, placed eighth on Feb. 5, in the 200 with a time of 26.76... During the America East Indoor Championships, placed third in both the 55-meter hurdles (8.40) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:52.75), and finished seventh in the 400 meters (59.01).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005-06
Indoor: Had two top-ten finishes at the Husky Invitational, placing fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.57 and sixth in the 55-meter hurdles (8.72)... Was also a member of the third-place 4x400 relay team (4:01.68)... At the Harvard Invitational, placed third in the 400 with a time of 59.37... Helped BU win its home opener on Jan. 18, placing first in the 400 (58.36) and second in her section of the 55-meter hurdles (8.59)... Placed fifth in the 400 (57.64) at the Terrier Classic... Finished fifth in both her section of the 200 (26.31) and in the 55-meter hurdles (8.69) on Feb. 6... Helped BU capture the America East title, placing fifth in the 400 (58.09) and was a member for the first-place 4x400 relay team (3:49.47).
Outdoor: At the St. Mac Relays, placed second in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.29 and ninth in the 100-meter hurdles (15.34)... During BU[apos]s second-place showing at the America East Championships, took home first place in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.85) and placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.69.
BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Attended Dana Hills High School... In 2003, helped set a 4x400 school-record with a time of 3:55.32... Was named to the South Coast All-League Team as well as the Orange County All-County Team her junior year and placed seventh at the California State Championships in the 300 IH... Earned All-League Honors in 2005... Was a captain her junior and senior seasons... Also played soccer and excelled in cross-country, earning All-County honors for two consecutive years.
