BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Attended the Ward Melville High School in East Setauket, N.Y... Was All-League and All-County all four years... Freshman year, was named to the All-State team and captained her freshman squad... Also named a captain sophomore and junior years... Picked up All-State honors her junior year and placed second in the 4x400 during the Millrole Games... At the Eastern State Championships, placed sixth in the 400... Senior year, held the school record in the 4x800, distance medley and the sprint-medley relay... Named an All-American and was a recipient of the Outstanding Senior Athlete award, Most Dedicated Track & Field award and the Gold Key award.
