AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006-07
Indoor: Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:03.78 at the New Balance Invitational... The next weekend, finished second in the 800 with a time of 2:19.55... During BU's home opener on Jan. 17, placed fourth in the 500 meters with a time of 1:17.10... At the Terrier Invitational, finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:14.58)... On Feb. 5, earned a second-place finish in the same event with a time of 2:16.50... At the Valentine Invitational, placed second in the 500 with a time of 1:15.31, also setting a season best... Helped BU capture it's second consecutive America East Indoor title by placing third in the 500 (1:16.18), as well as second in the 4x800-meter relay and first in the distance medley... Finished second in the 800 at the New England Championships with a time of 2:12.20... Closed out the season as part of the eighth-place 4x800-meter relay team (9:14.95) at the ECAC Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005-06
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 500 meters at the Husky Invitational with a time of 1:18.62 and was a member of the second-place 4x400 relay team (3:55.15)... At the Harvard Invitational, placed sixth in the 400 with a time of 59.95... Helped BU win its home opener on Jan. 18, placing fourth in her section in the 500 (1:20.52)... Placed second in her section of the 400 (59.08) on Feb. 6... At the Valentine Meet, finished eighth in the 500 meters (1:17.34)... Helped BU capture the America East title, placing fifth in the 500 meters (1:18.03).
Outdoor: In the outdoor season opener, the Snowflake Classic, placed fifth in the 400 with a time of 1:01.59... At the UConn Invitational, placed seventh in the 400 (59.53)... During BU's second-place showing at the America East Championships, placed fifth in the 400 with a time of 59.40.
BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Attended Bellport High School...Was named to All-State winter track team her sophomore and junior years... Her 4x400 squad won the Millrose championship in 2004... The same year, was named an SMR winter track All-American... As a senior, captained her cross-country, winter and spring track teams... Also played travel soccer.
