Providence, R.I. - Freshman Aaron O'Neal (Virginia Beach, Va.) scored his third goal of the season to lead the Boston University men's soccer team (5-4-0) past a previously undefeated No. 15 Brown team (6-1-1), 1-0, Tuesday evening. Two of O'Neal's three career goals have been game winners.

"[Brown is] a tough team," noted head coach Neil Roberts. "They defended well. We countered and had some opportunities. The guys fought hard. It was a good win."

O'Neal received a pass from sophomore Shaun Taylor (Sandown, England), beat his defender and sent a wide open shot past Brown's diving keeper Jarrett Leach at 62:58.

BU claimed victory despite being out-shot 10-8. Sophomore keeper Hrafn Davidsson (Reykjavik, Iceland) made two saves on Bruno's two shots on goal while playing all 90 minutes in goal. Leach stopped four shots.

The Terriers close out a four-game road trip with Binghamton on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.
