BOSTON - Senior Matt Gilroy and sophomore Colin Wilson of the NCAA champion Boston University men's ice hockey team both signed professional contracts on Friday, as Gilroy inked a free-agent deal with the New York Rangers and Wilson came to terms with the Nashville Predators, the team that drafted him seventh overall last year, on a three-year entry-level deal.

Gilroy was named the 2009 Hobey Baker Memorial Award winner last Firday and was joined in the Hobey Hat Trick by Wilson, as BU became just the second school to boast two of the three finalists for the prestigious. The two were both named to the Reebok All-America First Team and were instrumental in leading the Terriers to their fifth NCAA title.
