BOSTON - The Boston University women's soccer team (3-5-0) returns to the pitch this Thursday (Sept. 16) when it travels to Harvard (1-2-1) for a 3 p.m. kick-off. The Terriers are fresh off an appearance in the Virginia Nike Soccer Classic where they upset No. 22 William & Mary, while the Crimson is returning to its home turf for the first time in three matches.

Harvard leads the all-time series, 6-2-3, since BU became a varsity program; however, BU has taken two of the last three games, which includes a 1-0 win last year on Nickerson Field.

The Crimson is looking to snap a two-game skid, after falling at Central Florida, 3-0, and at South Florida, 2-1, during a recent trip to Florida. On the offensive front, Harvard is led by Katherine Sheeleigh and Patricia Yau, each with one goal and two assists. In between the pipes, Alexandra Millet has started all four games and owns a 1.76 goals-against average with 17 stops.

Graduate student Lisa Kevorkian continues to pace the BU frontline with five goals and a conference-leading 11 points. Junior Jessica Luscinski and freshman Emma Clark have added two goals apiece, while junior transfer Katherine Donnelly has a team-best two assists.

In net, freshman Kelly King and junior Alice Binns continue to split time. King (3-2-0) owns a 1.58 goals-against average with 13 saves, while Binns has earned a 0.84 GAA to go along with 19 stops.

Following Thursday's match, BU will return to the confines of Nickerson Field to host Big East foe Connecticut on Sunday (Sept. 19) at 1 p.m.
