Senior forward Jessica Luscinski of the Boston University women's soccer team has been named this week's GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Luscinski guided the Terriers to a 1-0-1 record in the team's season-opening weekend. Her first tally of the year came in Friday night's 1-1 tie with No. 4 Boston College when she launched a shot from 25-yards out on a free kick. She followed it up with another free-kick goal against Northeastern on Sunday in a 2-0 victory. From nearly the same spot as Friday night, she slotted a shot into the lower right side of the net for BU's insurance tally.

For her efforts, she was named the America East Player of the Week. She also now ranks seventh all-time at BU in career points with 60.
