After vaulting the Terriers to first place in the Hockey East standings with a 4-2 win over then-No. 7/6 Merrimack, sophomore forward Sahir Gill has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Gill recorded a game-best two points in the win, which was the Terriers' fifth against a top-10 squad this season. He assisted on freshman Alexx Privitera's game-winning goal before adding a goal of his own late in the second period to create the 4-2 final.

The sophomore has six goals on the year to match his total from his rookie season and has ranks third on the team in points this year with 16 (6g, 10a).
