HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Terriers had an 11-4 shot advantage in the first half but entered the locker room scoreless, as both keepers had one save apiece.
- BU needed just four minutes in the second to take the lead when senior David Amirani sent a through ball from midfield up to a running junior Anthony Viteri, who fired a low grounder at the top of the box inside the right post.
- Army desperately sought the equalizer by doubling the shot attempts in the second half compared to the first but Gilbert had three saves to preserve the victory.
GAME NOTES

- BU has now recorded four shutouts in the last five contests with three taking place at home.
- With his seventh goal of the season, Viteri (2a) has now tied senior Felix De Bona (8g) in both points (16) and game winners (3).
