HOW IT HAPPENED
- Freshman Jake Oettinger made a career-high 38 saves and the Terriers erased a 1-0 deficit with goals from Forsbacka Karlsson and Olsson at 5:48 and 7:09, respectively, of the second period.
- Forsbacka Karlsson executed a deft backhand at the bottom of the slot for his tally with assists going to sophomore Charlie McAvoy and junior Brandon Hickey.

- The Terriers' penalty kill was impressive all night, keeping the PC power play scoreless on seven chances, including a five-minute major that included a 5-on-3 advantage that lasted for 1:40.
- A BU turnover in its own slot proved costly as freshman Kasper Björkquist jumped to the puck and drilled it to the back of the net with the teams skating 4-on-4 to open the scoring at 4:46 of the first.
