BOSTON – After overcoming two early deficits in an 8-4 game-one victory, the Boston University softball team used junior
Emily Morrow's walk-off homer and freshman
Ali DuBois' pitching gem to earn a 1-0 game-two win over Bucknell for the Saturday afternoon home doubleheader sweep.
Now owner of the second-longest active win streak in the country at 15 games, the Terriers (33-17, 12-2 PL) are just one conference win away from clinching the top seed for the Patriot League tournament, as the Bison fell to 25-21-1 (12-5 PL). Bucknell entered the matchup with a 16-1-1 record over the last 18 games.
