BOSTON – Looking to carry momentum from this past weekend's 2-1 Patriot League opening win over American, the Boston University men's soccer team will continue its three-game homestand against Brown on Tuesday night with the start time slated for 7 p.m. The Bears will mark the fourth and final scheduled Ivy League opponent of the non-conference schedule.

- BU is riding a two-game win streak at home following the win over the Eagles and the 3-2 victory against defending Atlantic 10 champion UMass.
- The Terriers are 0-2-1 against Ivy League competition with a 2-2 draw at four-time defending champion Dartmouth and one-goal losses at both Harvard (2-1 OT) and Princeton (1-0).
- On Monday, sophomore Austin D'Anna collected his first career Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week award after posting a pair of goals and an assist.

- The Bears snapped a three-game losing streak this past Saturday with a 110th-minute golden-goal victory at Rhode Island (1-0), marking the Rams first loss of the season.
- Brown opened the season with back-to-back 2-1 wins over Bryant and George Washington (OT) but followed with losses to Albany, San Diego State and UC Irvine by a combined score of 6-1.
- Daniel Schiller leads Brown with seven points (3g,1a) and is one of five to record an assist this season.
- James Swomley started the first five games at net and posted a 0.500 save percentage with a 1.99 goals against average before Max Gross recorded six saves in the shutout win over the Rams.

- Brown leads the all-time series, 24-15-4, that dates back to 1969.
- Last season, the Bears escaped with a 2-1 home win by scoring in the 11th minute and responding to Knutsson's successful 78th-minute penalty kick one minute later with the game winner.
