Women’s Basketball Returns Home to Host Colgate

January 10, 2025

BOSTON – After a two-game road swing, the Boston University women's basketball program is back at Case Gym to welcome Colgate to Terrier Town on Saturday (Jan. 11). Opening tip is set for 2 p.m.

BU (7-7, 1-2 PL) plays just its second home game since Dec. 10, 2024 and first in nine days after opening Patriot League play at The Roof. The Terriers seek back-to-back wins for the first time since Dec. 1-5 earlier this season.

Colgate (11-5, 1-2 PL) concludes a six-game stretch on Saturday that featured five road contests. Four of the Raiders' five losses this year have taken place away from Hamilton, N.Y.

Saturday is Youth Day as well as BU's Dental Game. Kids can attend the game for free, with additional dental-themed giveaways in partner with the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. The marketing table will also feature the second BU-themed Jibitz giveaway this year.

ESPN+ will carry the live broadcast of Saturday's game with Brian Maurer (COM'07) and Jack Hughes on the call. GoTerriers.com will supply live statistics and an audio-only broadcast, while the Patriot League provides an international stream.
