Women’s Soccer Travels to Fairfield Thursday

BOSTON – The Boston University women's soccer team (1-1-0) travels to Fairfield (1-1-0) for a road tilt on Thursday evening (Aug. 20) at 6 p.m. at Lessing Field.

- Junior Jaiden Schultz earned a brace in the game and was tabbed the Patriot League Forward of the Week for her performance.

- Fairfield is fresh off a 3-2 win over UMass Lowell.
- The Stags came from behind twice in that game to take the 3-2 lead in the 84th minute.
- The Stags' loss came against then-No. 8 North Carolina, 4-0, to open the season.
- This will be Fairfield's home opener for the 2026 season.
- Fairfield's roster of seven freshmen and 25 upperclassmen are led by head coach David Barrett in his ninth season.

- BU is 4-1-1 all time against Fairfield with a 2-0-0 record on the road.
