After leading the men’s basketball team in scoring last week with back-to-back 20+ point performances, senior Cedric Hankerson has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

The Miami, Florida, native opened with 20 points, four rebounds and three assists in a hard-fought 87-82 loss at UMass Lowell. After receiving his 1,000-point commemorative basketball, he followed up at home against Elon with 22 points, four rebounds and two steals, as the Phoenix pulled away late to defeat BU, 77-68.

Following the two games, Hankerson now ranks fourth all-time at BU in made 3-pointers (208), eighth in steals (153) and 25th in points (1,113).
