After defeating No. 9 Syracuse and No. 15 Columbia, the No. 8 men’s rowing varsity eight boat has been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Made up of Elliott Jenkins, Paul Giroux, Jonathan Cameron, Alex Schwerdtner, Luke Towers, Jacob Raillon, Grant Eberst, Nils Kocher and Sean Dooling, the V8 boat won with a time of 5:49.98 ahead of both Syracuse (5:51.12) and Columbia (5:54.31).

With the victory, BU won its second straight Conlan Cup over Syracuse and its ninth straight Lusins Trophy over Columbia.
