Sophomore Aliyah Huerta Leipner, a 2019 All-PL Second Team honoree and 2020 Preseason All-PL selection, batted a team-high .500 with seven RBIs and six runs scored from the lead-off position to help BU open its season 5-0 for the first time since 1993. She threw a runner out at home from center and hit the go-ahead two-out, two-run homer in 2-0 win over host Stetson.
