The Boston University women's tennis team found success in doubles but was unable to translate that to singles success, as BU (3-2) suffered its second consecutive loss to an Ivy school by dropping a 6-1 decision at Brown (2-4) on Saturday, Feb. 23.
The doubles team of juniors Cori Lefkowith (Clayton, Mo.) and Danielle Abraham (Waukesha, Wis.) defeated Sara Mansur and Kelley Kirkpatrick at second doubles, 8-6, while junior Yana Sadovskaya and sophomore Liz Corrao won at third doubles over Emily Ellis and Itsuka Kurihara, 9-7.
BU played Yale on Sunday, Feb. 23, and the Terriers' next match is against
