BOSTON - Resuming its America East schedule after Wednesday's game at Providence was cancelled due to the weather, the Boston University men's soccer team returns to Nickerson Field to host Hartford on Saturday at 2 p.m. The Terriers (6-3-1, 1-0 AE) are riding a three-game winning streak, while the Hawks (3-5-0, 1-0 AE) are coming off a 1-0 victory against Albany.

First 200 fans through the gates will receive a drawstring as part of United Way Day and Sportsmanship Night. There will be free admission for sportsmanship community groups and returning spring campers.

Leading the Terriers during the past three games has been junior Ben Berube, who has recorded the game-winning goal in each of the contests. He has posted a total of four goals and four assists to take a one-point lead over senior Aaron O'Neal with 12 total. O'Neal tallied the first score on Sunday against Stony Brook and has five goals on the season.

Named America East Rookie of the Week on Monday after defender Kelvin Madzongwe received the honor the previous week, redshirt-freshman Brandon Briggs had five saves against Stony Brook and missed out on his fourth shutout of the season by five seconds because of a player getting tripped up in the penalty box. He currently holds a .692 save percentage and 1.21 goals against average.

UH is looking for its first road victory of the season after losing three of the games by one goal, including contests at Boston College and Rutgers. Forward Patrick Boucher leads the Hawks in points with five total after tallying an 89th minute score against the Great Danes. Jorge Rodriguez has three assists on the year.

As a team, the Hawks have been outscored, 12-7, in the eight games played. Three goalkeepers have started at least one game already. Junior Luke Citriniti made his first against Albany and recorded four saves for the shutout. His classmate Jordan Bar has started five contests and has a 1.16 GAA along with a .714 save percentage.

BU leads the all-time series, 20-9-4, after pulling out a 3-0 win at UH on Sept. 4 in a non-conference match-up. O'Neal recorded the first two goals in the first 15 minutes of the contest, and senior Ben Havey added his first career score as a Terrier in the 22nd minute. Briggs only needed one save for the shutout.

Following the contest, the Terriers will remain at home and host Vermont on Wednesday, Oct. 13.
