Women's Tennis Blanks Davidson, 7-0

BOSTON - Earning its fourth straight win, the Boston University women's tennis team swept Davidson, 7-0, on Sunday morning at the Track and Tennis Center. With the third perfect performance in four contests, the Terriers improve to 4-2, while the Wildcats fall to 3-6.

BU quickly won the doubles point with 8-2 scores in the No. 1 and 3 positions. In singles action, the Terriers won all 12 sets with sophomore Jessi Linero dropping just one game in the No. 6 spot.

The five-match homestand will conclude with Syracuse next Sunday (Feb. 20) at 9 a.m.
