After she recorded her first collegiate hat trick and notched six points on Saturday afternoon, senior Jenn Wakefield has been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Wakefield began the week with a power play goal at New Hampshire on Thursday night before she extended her point streak to eight games with Saturday's career day. Wakefield's three goals and three assists led the Terriers to a 6-2 win against Vermont. She is now third in Hockey East with 34 points (15g, 19a).

The Pickering, Ont., native was named Hockey East Player of the Week on Monday (Jan. 23). Wakefield has been fantastic in January, as she has tallied five goals and added six assists for 11 points.
