After backstopping BU to its second WHEA Championship in program history, sophomore Kerrin Sperry was named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Sperry stopped 31 shots to lead the Terriers to a 2-1 double overtime win over Providence on Sunday. She made 33 saves the previous afternoon against No. 4 Boston College in the semifinals, including 18 in the third period.

The North Reading, Mass., native has won her last six starts and 11 of her last 12. She has allowed just one goal in four of her last five games.
