Playing for the first time in two weeks, the Boston University women's tennis team showed little rust with a dominating 7-0 win at Army West Point on Saturday afternoon. With their fourth sweep of the season, the Terriers improve to 8-7, while the Black Knights fall to 17-5.

BU toughed out a doubles point by winning all three matches by two games apiece. The Terriers then won 12 of 14 sets in singles action to claim all six remaining points.

Senior Johanna Hyoty and freshman Sabrina Faybyshev posted a 7-5 win at No. 1 doubles and carried the momentum to singles. Hyoty rolled past Carolyn Pitman, 7-5, 6-2 at line 1 in singles, while Faybyshev rallied from a set down for the 4-6, 6-2, 10-3 win in the No. 4 slot.

Sophomore Iryna Kostirko and junior Barbara Rodriguez teamed together for a 6-4 win in the No. 2 slot and then earned straight-set wins at lines 3 (6-1, 6-2) and 5 (7-5, 6-3), respectively.

Senior Lauren Davis and freshman Remi Ramos also claimed a 6-4 doubles win to help complete the sweep. Ramos dropped just four games at No. 6 singles (6-2, 6-2), and Davis rallied from a set down in the No. 2 slot for the 3-6, 7-5, 10-7 win.

Having all but clinched the No. 1 seed for the upcoming Patriot League tournament, the two-time defending champs will next conclude the conference slate against Lehigh on Army's campus Sunday at 2 p.m.
