CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Boston University women's soccer team saw two student-athletes recognized by the Patriot League on Monday, as Chloee Sagmoe was honored as the Midfielder of the Week, while McKenna Kennedy earned Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Sagmoe, who collects her first career honor from the Patriot League, netted the game-winning goal against Bucknell on Saturday in the 41st minute. With the win, BU holds sole possession of second place in the Patriot League standings, and will close out the regular season on Saturday at Colgate in a matchup that will decide the regular season conference champion.

Kennedy guided the BU backline to limit Army and Bucknell to a combined seven shots over 200 minutes of play. The Black Knights got one shot of in each frame of regulation on Wednesday, while the Bison's first shot came in the 55th minute, as BU closed out the week with its eighth shutout of the season.
