BOSTON - Hosting Navy for its Kick Out Cancer game, the Boston University women's soccer team will clash with the Mids Friday night under the lights at Nickerson Field in a pivotal Patriot League matchup between two of the league's top teams.

All ticket sales will be donated towards The Ellie Fund, a non-profit that fights breast cancer and provides free services to ease the effects on cancer patients and families.

Terrier Tidbits

BU is coming off its third straight shutout, blanking Lafayette 2-0 last Saturday.
The Terriers have not surrendered a goal in 359 minutes.
Freshman Taylor Kofton netted her first career goals, scoring both off headers.
Anna Heilferty was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week after posting her first career brace at Holy Cross and added an assist against the Leopards as part of a five-point week.
Heilferty has already surpassed her point total from her PL Rookie of the Year campaign, matching in goals (5), while surpassing assists (4) and points (14) by one each from last season.
Additionally, she leads all underclassmen in the league in scoring, and has at least in point in all four conference games thus far.
BU has gone undefeated in 45 straight home conference games.
The streak, which dates back to 2007, is tied with West Virginia for the longest active unbeaten in home conference games streak in the nation.
The Terriers are 39-5-4 all-time in regular season Patriot League games and have never surrendered more than two goals in any league contest.
Additionally, BU has posted at least five clean sheets in each of its first five seasons in the Patriot League, and has amassed 31 league shutouts.
Head coach Nancy Feldman, the only coach in the program's 24-year history, has posted a 301-150-46 (.651) mark during her tenure at BU and owns a 393-168-55 (.682) career record.

Scouting Navy

Currently atop the Patriot League standings, Navy enters Friday's contest with a 4-0 conference mark and is 7-3-3 overall.
The Mids have won five straight contests are are coming off a 2-0 road victory at Lehigh.
Junior Baseley McClaskey leads the Mids in goals (6), assists (4) and points (16).
Fellow junior Sydney Fortson ranks second in the league in shutouts (6) and is the defending Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year
Head coach Carin Gabarra has guided the Mids in all 26 seasons at the varsity level.

The Series

BU owns a 6-1-0 lead in the all-time series dating back to 2013.
Navy picked up its first win against the Terriers in last season's contest, scoring in the 85th minute in a 1-0 shutout.
In six of the eight matchups against Navy, the game has been decided by one goal.
