Women's Soccer Ready for Friday Night Tilt With Navy

BOSTON - Hosting Navy for its Kick Out Cancer game, the Boston University women's soccer team will clash with the Mids Friday night under the lights at Nickerson Field in a pivotal Patriot League matchup between two of the league's top teams.
All ticket sales will be donated towards The Ellie Fund, a non-profit that fights breast cancer and provides free services to ease the effects on cancer patients and families.
Terrier Tidbits
- BU is coming off its third straight shutout, blanking Lafayette 2-0 last Saturday.
- The Terriers have not surrendered a goal in 359 minutes.
- Freshman Taylor Kofton netted her first career goals, scoring both off headers.
- Anna Heilferty was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week after posting her first career brace at Holy Cross and added an assist against the Leopards as part of a five-point week.
- Heilferty has already surpassed her point total from her PL Rookie of the Year campaign, matching in goals (5), while surpassing assists (4) and points (14) by one each from last season.
- Additionally, she leads all underclassmen in the league in scoring, and has at least in point in all four conference games thus far.
