BOSTON – After recognizing eight Terriers, the Boston University men's soccer team will conclude the home regular season slate against Loyola Maryland on Saturday with action slated to begin at 1 p.m.
With two contests remaining, BU is currently second in the Patriot League standings at 16 points, one behind the Greyhounds and three ahead of Lafayette with Colgate in fourth at 11 points.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU is trying to earn a top-two PL tournament seed and opening round bye for the second consecutive season. The Terriers last claimed the regular season title in 2014.
- The Terriers are 5-0-2 at home and are trying to end a year unbeaten at Nickerson Field for the first time since earning a 10-0-1 record in 1994.
- Overall, BU is on an 11-game unbeaten streak (8-0-3) dating back to last season following a 1-1 draw against Northeastern on Oct. 17.

- The Greyhounds are unbeaten on the road at 3-0-5, securing wins at Bucknell (3-1), Colgate (2-0) and Saint Joseph's (1-0). They've earned notable 1-1 draws at then-No. 3 West Virginia, North Carolina and Virginia Tech.
- Loyola's lone loss this year was back on August 27 against Delaware (2-0) at home.
- Jordy Luchies leads the Greyhounds with 10 points off four goals and two assists. Both Charlie Herley and Danilo Seglio have two goals with one assist.
- Dylan Van der Walt has played every second at net, posting a .824 save percentage and 0.61 goals against average.
- Loyola is averaging 0.8 more shots (10.5-9.7) with a 74-68 advantage in shots.
SERIES HISTORY
- BU trails in the all-time series, 4-5-3, after earning a 1-0 road win last season.
- Both squads earned six corner kicks apiece, and Loyola posted a 12-7 advantage in shots.
- With Matulis converting in the 49th minute on a penalty kick, Montali tallied four saves to help the Terriers snap a five-game winless streak that saw the Greyhounds record three goals in four of the contests.
- BU is 3-3 at home, last winning in 2015, 2-1.
