BOSTON - Boston University wraps up its non-conference schedule with a match-up against Harvard in the consolation game of the 44th Beanpot.

TERRIER TIDBITS
  • The Terriers are 9-18-6 in Beanpot games since becoming a varsity program in 2005.
  • BU is 3-2-3 in their past eight games and most recently fell to Boston College, 2-1, on Saturday.
  • Senior Julia Nearis ranks first on the Terriers in points (20) and goals (10).
  • Sophomore Christina Vote has eight points (1g, 7a) in the past eight games and that represents half of her season total (3-13--16). • Junior Lacey Martin (5g, 12a) and senior Nadia Mattivi (4g, 11a) have 17 and 15 points, respectively.
  • Freshman Brooke Disher and junior Catherine Foulem each have 14 points on five goals and nine assists. Disher had a six-game point streak come to an end on Saturday.

HISTORY WITH HARVARD

  • BU is 7-9-2 overall against Harvard, including a 3-8-1 mark in the Beanpot tournament.
  • The teams last met in the 2022 Beanpot semifinals and the Crimson won, 4-1, to end the Terriers' five-game unbeaten streak (4-0-1) in the series.

SCOUTING THE CRIMSON

  • Northeastern is ranked fifth in both national polls and enters Tuesday on a 13-game winning streak.
  • The Huskies have clinched the Hockey East regular-season title and last played on Thursday, earning a 4-1 home win over UNH.
  • Graduate students Alina Mueller (17-24--41), Chloé Aurard (16-24--40) and Maureen Murphy (15-24--39) have combined for 120 points and are the top three point-scorers in Hockey East.
  • Senior Katy Knoll has added 28 points and is tied with Mueller for the team lead in goals in 17.
  • Senior Gwyneth Philips ranks first in the nation in both save percentage (.960) and goals-against average (0.79).

UP NEXT

  • The Terriers will close out their regular season this weekend with a home-and-home series against No. 5 Northeastern. 
  • BU will host its Senior Night on Friday at Walter Brown Arena with game time set for 7 p.m.
