WINCHESTER, Mass. – The Boston University women's tennis team opened its season with a 6-1 loss against Dartmouth at the Winchester Tennis Club on Saturday.
 
After dropping the doubles point, BU picked up one point in singles play thanks to sophomore Blanka DeMicheli. She won her match 6-2, 5-7, 1-0 (9) to give BU its only point of the match.
 
The Terriers will play again on Sunday (Jan. 26) when they visit Bryant for a match at noon.
